      This lovely singe malt was made in New Zeland and as the name suggests (Just Hatched) it is their first whisky.  A marriage of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this "Just Hatched" Whisky reveals Cardrona's underlying character of cherry, peach, roses, orange zest, baking spices, and just a hint of brown sugar.
