Domaine Rozel "Les Frangins" Grignan-les-Adhemar Rouge 2021

I think of the village of Grignan-les-Adhemar as the gateway between the ripe Southern and perfumed Northern rhone valley, and this wine expresses that dichotomous geography perfectly: spicy, satisfying red and blue fruits wrapped around a core of granite, but the overall profile of the wine is medium bodied, thirst quenching and garrigue/lavender scented.
