Chartreuse Elixir Vegetal

With the supply of Chartreuse of both varietals dwindling to a trickle, there are many of bartenders out there about ready to hang up their apron for good.  Don't fret, there's Elixir Vegetal!  With just a couple dashes you can bring your cocktails calling for the botanical goodness back to life.  Elixir Vegetal is the undiluted, unsweetened version of Green Chartreuse that has been available worldwide for years but only in the States in the last few months.  All those Industry Sours, Alaskas, and Last Words can now be modified to an acceptable simulacrum of the originals.  Hurry before it goes the way of the VEP!
