Yeyo Single Barrel Traditional Reposado Barrel #12

Highland agave, roasted for 72 hours in brick ovens, after fermentation allowed to rest while listening to Spanish classical music for 200 hours, then twice distilled on a copper pot still.  

Our single barrel of Yeyo's reposado was one the tastiest tequilas I had last year.  And they're back with more!  This time around there are two releases - Traditional and Tropical.

The traditional is aged for seven months in barrels that previously held a six year old Colombian rum.  Fourteen barrels were produced and we were able to get our hands on some of Barrel #12
