Should be enough to say Felipe Camarena and that's it.

But if you aren't familiar with the man behind G4 and the original Pasote, then I recommend you get acquainted as soon as possible.  Doesn't cut any corners, made with traditional methods - agaves cooked in stone ovens and copper pot distilled - but throws his own little twists in - crushed with a handmade tahona dubbed "Frankenstein" and proofed down with rainwater which imparts minerality.  Bold flavors.  Not to be missed.
