A Navy strength gin from Down Under.  A lot of overproof spirits can taste like firewater but the proof here is hardly noticeable (be warned!).  Made with Australian botanicals like ginger and finger limes, but the dominant flavor is peppercorn mixed with the juniper.  Big bite gin that’s perfect after a meal.  One of my favorite gin and tonic gins.
