The purpose of the Glou Glou wines is to be consumed and enjoyed soon with a slight chill. The aromatics of this wine are vibrant, with Bing cherry, plum, dried florals, and notes of green olive on the nose; the flavors on the palate are raspberry, pomegranate, cranberry, dried herbs, allspice, and mouth-watering tannins on the finish. pair with grilled lamb chops.
92% organic, dry-farm Zinfandel hand-picked in Mendocino. 8% organically farmed Gewürztraminer de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was sur lie aged in a mix of French oak barrels & stainless-steel tanks for three months before being racked off the lees, blending and bottling.
