From master distiller Iliana Partida, owner of Hacienda de Oro and former distiller of Tres Agaves before they moved to Tequila TAP. 

 

Starting with Amatitense's rich blanco, this Añejo matures for 18 months in single American oak barrels previously used for bourbon.
Every barrel gives the tequila its own identity, with unique depth and
complexity, limited to small single-barrel batches.
