Tau is known for a blend of three blends - American oak barrels, French oak barrels, and French red wine barrels - for their aged expressions. This is only the American oak component. Gives the opportunity to taste one of the building blocks of what makes Tau so incredible. Tau has only ever released two single barrels to date, one reposado and this anejo.
