St George Green Chile Vodka

Jalapeno, serrano, habanero, red and yellow bell peppers are used to develop multiple savory flavors and spice levels. Using non-GMO corn as the base, St George makes use of its column still’s gin basket, loading it with lime peel and cilantro. There is some spice but more savoriness than anything. Great for Bloody Marys but also fruits that can handle spice like pineapple.
