This is a blend of 80% Muller Thurgau and 20% Silvaner hand harvested from organic vineyards then left to macerate together whole cluster for 12 weeks before getting to pressed off to steel for a couple of months, then bottled unfiltered. Aromatic and light on its feet with just enough texture from the skin contact to let you know she's orange. Total crowd pleaser and a perfect gateway bottle for people who are new to Orange wines.
