A round soft mouthfeel wrapped in subtle tropical fruit notes followed by a deeply mineral finish. De-stemmed pumped over once a day until the wine went dry. Primary fermentation takes place over 14 days on the skins. No sulfur added during fermentation. Each varietal was fermented separately and pressed and aged in neutral French oak. All wines went through full malolactic fermentation. The wine was racked twice prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and filtered. 20 ppm so2 were added at bottling.
