Riberach Parenthese Maceration 2020

Riberach is a Village. It is the ancient Catalan name for the village. It lies 30km to the West of Perpignan in Roussillon, close to the Spanish border in the South of France. Here on the hills of Fenouilledes, at 370 metres above sea level, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees; where you can feel the cool Tramontane breeze, wine has been cultivated for centuries.

 

This dry white wine has a pronounced yellow color, a round and fresh texture with aromas of exotic fruits and a softly bitter finish due to the 3-week maceration.  Orange, pineapple, peach, pear, and minerality.  Dry farmed, minimal intervention, <10 mg/L sulfites, 0.1 g/L residual sugar, unfiltered/unfined, vegan, and rested in a combination of stainless steel and used barrels.
