Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 12YR

Redbreast 12yr is such a standout Irish whiskey.  It's a single pot still whiskey made from both malted and unmalted barely and aged in ex-bourbon and sherry butts, made by the same people who make Jameson.  The unmalted barley gives off a slight nuttiness, like roasted cashews, but that blends in with raisins, honey, and banana.  While richer than a lot of other Irish whiskies, finishes dry with flavors of cinnamon and caraway.
