    Radiant Simple Discourse Cold IPA

    • If you haven't had a cold IPA yet, then let me try and explain.  They are IPAs that are fermented at cooler temperatures for a longer period of time with lager yeast, like a lager.  But, they are not an IPL!  The temperature is still higher than traditional lager temps and dry hopped with new world hops rather than noble hops, upping both abv and hoppiness.  That's not splitting hairs, right?

      Radiant does a great rendition here but I'd only be surprised if they didn't.
