It's finally here!   The long awaited  PYROLOU x Viva Mexico single barrel reposado.  Maybe you've sampled it at a Sabor y Cultura event or even a nip down at 1414.  If you haven't,  let me give you some details.  Cooked in an horno, fermented with wild yeast in pine vats (hence the madera), then aged for 7mo in medium toasted American oak.  Distilled by both César Vivanco AND Sergio Cruz.  100pf and full flavored.  This will definitely end up on best of the year lists!
