Juicy in strawberry, citrus and complemented by a slate-like texture, this light, bright wine combines 50% Mourvèdre, 30% Cinsault and 20% Grenache, lovely and floral throughout.. Each grape variety is picked separately, then co-fermented in a mixture of stainless steel tanks (85%) and a few barrels (15%). The wine is subsequently aged 5 months sur lie prior to bottling.
