• Limited edition straight rye whiskey produced by Pinhook Whiskey
• 2025 release; sixth of thirteen limited annual releases of Pinhook Whiskey’s Vertical Series Rye
• Distilled at MGP in Indiana; aged, blended, and bottled in Frankfort, Kentucky, by Pinhook Co-founder and Master Blender Sean Josephs
• Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley
• Aged 9 years
• Vatting of 20 barrels
• A warm nose of candied licorice, oatmeal cookie, clove, and burnt toffee leads to a palate of baked apricot, lychee, candied cinnamon, and lavender honey
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV
