    • Dry farmed way up in the Sierra de Gredos Mountains of central Spain by a group trying to perserve the old vineyards of the region since many of the wine producer coops of the past have collapsed.  Beautifully concentrated flavors of black cherry and blackberry while the touch of rufete gives off rosemary and licorice.  Medium bodied with light tannins and acidity.
