Bottled at a robust 100 proof (50% ABV) with absolutely no dilution, this expression captures the full character of the agave plant at its peak.  Unlike the core Patrón range, which blends tahona and roller mill tequilas, Patrón 100 is crafted exclusively using the traditional 100% tahona stone crushing process. Made in small batches using only oven-roasted agave, water, and yeast, the liquid is fermented and distilled on its fibers in small copper pot stills. This meticulous method preserves the natural minerality and sweetness of the agave, delivering an incredibly structured and flavorful tasting experience that stands out effortlessly in high-quality cocktails.
