Nosotros Mexicano Mezcal

Crafted in the hills of the Sierra Sur in Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Nosotros Mexicano is a tribute to the rich terroir of the Mezcal heartland from Mezcalero Octavo Jarquin.

Agave Mexicano is a lesser know and rarer varietal than it's cousin Espadin. The Mexicano Agaves used in this Mezcal have matured for 10 years creating more complex flavors that are highly sought after by connoisseurs.

Tahona crushed, cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit oven using oak wood, fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills.
