El Pandillo, (NOM-1579), Jesus Maria, Mexico
42% ABV
As with all Nobleza 33 tequila, 5% fermentation with fibers. The Legado is aged for 6 months in ex-sherry butts. My assumption would be a lighter, drier style sherry like fino or amontillado which would account for the bright cinnamon and peppermint candy notes.
