Matho Bianco Cuveé Zero Zero Prosecco

I am always looking for the dry side of prosecco-and this one fit the bill perfectly. Straw yellow color. Delicate aroma of green apple and rhubarb. The taste is fresh, aromatic and elegant with light tones of bread crust and more quie depth than I would expect at the price. The label is blunt-organic and "certified for Vegans" (which just means no egg white filtration I believe.) so it won't make for a flowery display bottle but if you're planning on drinking it-you will be pleased.
