Lebeau-Batiste Champagne Brut “Tradition”

Farmed by this family since the 14th century is a vineyard just south of Eperney that is now organic. This tiny, 800 case production from Eric Lebeau and Anne-Marie Batiste is aged for more than 30 months and uses 1/5 reserve wine. That means the bubbles are persistent and tiny, and the lees aromas are both nutty and bread-y. They is an excellent grower Champagne from an estate that will soon be renowned for their exceptional quality and integrity!
