151 doesn’t have to be just to set ablaze, it can have flavor, too! I was once tricked into analyzing this rum and the most surprising thing about it is it doesn’t have that burning you’d expect from such high proof. I also got lots of dry herb notes like anise and yarrow. And you can still light it on fire.
