      Hacienda Oponguio is making some amazing mezcals coming out of Michoacan.  Their latest, a pechuga with inaequindens agave, is another incredible release.  The softness of the agave lets the botanicals - chicken breast, cinnamon, anise, and cacao - play nicely on the palette.  Only 251 bottles made.
