Benham's Gin

Benham’s

Graton, California, USA

45% ABV

A relative newcomer to the gin world, Benham’s is made in Northern California and reflects the culinary experimentations going on up there.  While there are traditional botanicals like grains of paradise and cardamom, there are also some novel ones like Buddha’s Hand and galangal.  Dry with complex citrus notes, mint really pops out, making for a real refreshing gin.  Gimlets, sure, but also great in a Julep.
