Giffard has been making liqueurs in the Loire Valley since 1885. Started by a phamacist, they use only real ingredients, nothing artifical. Their apricot liqueur captures both the fruit and noyeaux essences of apricot. A ton of classic cocktails call for apricot liqueur but I'm partial to a Hotel Nacional.
