Finca 18 Rosa Blue Weber Agave Spirit

Not a raicilla, not a tequila.  Then what is it?  Stylistically, the great grandfather of modern day tequila.  Made from Blue Weber like tequila, but roasted in an earthen pit and wild fermented like mezcal.  Best of both worlds! 

 

Finca 18 is a return to what tequila was always meant to be: artisanal, pure, and full of life.

 

Aged for 17 days in Napa Valley ex-merlot French oak barrels.  Cooked agave layered with subtle red fruit and floral notes . Light oak frames the palate, preserving clarity and balance. Dry, elegant, and finely tuned.
