Finca 18 Reposado Blue Weber Agave Spirit

Not a raicilla, not a tequila.  Then what is it?  Stylistically, the great grandfather of modern day tequila.  Made from Blue Weber like tequila, but roasted in an earthen pit and wild fermented like mezcal.  Best of both worlds! 

 

Finca 18 is a return to what tequila was always meant to be: artisanal, pure, and full of life.

 

Aged 7 months in ex-bourbon barrels with no additional recharring.  Cooked agave layered with soft vanilla, light caramel, and subtle baking spice. Oak adds warmth and roundness without overshadowing purity. Balanced, textured, and long on the finish.
