Finca 18 Pechuga Blue Weber Agave Spirit

Not a raicilla, not a tequila.  Then what is it?  Stylistically, the great grandfather of modern day tequila.  Made from Blue Weber like tequila, but roasted in an earthen pit and wild fermented like mezcal.  Best of both worlds! 

 

Finca 18 is a return to what tequila was always meant to be: artisanal, pure, and full of life.

 

Distilled with prosciutto, matsutake mushrooms, macadamia nuts, seaweed, and ancho chiles.  Cooked agave opens into rich umami and subtle brine. Notes of roasted nuts, cacao, dried chile, and caramelized fruit build layered complexity without weight. Deep, structured, and persistent on the finish.
