Finca 18 Blanco Blue Weber Agave Spirit

Not a raicilla, not a tequila.  Then what is it?  Stylistically, the great grandfather of modern day tequila.  Made from Blue Weber like tequila, but roasted in an earthen pit and wild fermented like mezcal.  Best of both worlds! 

 

Finca 18 is a return to what tequila was always meant to be: artisanal, pure, and full of life.

 

Aged in glass damajuanas for six months.  Clean and expressive spirit that highlights pure cooked agave with earthy aromas and a smooth, balanced palate. Subtle minerality and light pepper add complexity, showcasing a thoughtful, traditionally made spirit.
