Not a raicilla, not a tequila.  Then what is it?  Stylistically, the great grandfather of modern day tequila.  Made from Blue Weber like tequila, but roasted in an earthen pit and wild fermented like mezcal.  Best of both worlds! 

 

Finca 18 is a return to what tequila was always meant to be: artisanal, pure, and full of life.

 

12 months in ex-bourbon barrels with no additional charring.  Roasted agave layered with vanilla bean, cacao nib, and light tobacco. Oak adds warmth and texture while preserving clarity. Rich yet balanced, it finishes dry with lingering spice.
