Evan Williams Bourbon Bottled in Bond

I was first wowed by Evan Williams with their single barrel program years back.  And then again when they unveiled this, their Bottled in Bond release.  Such a steal for a four year old, 100 proof bourbon and a must-have for any home bar.  Hits those typical bourbon notes of caramel, vanilla, and black pepper perfectly with a touch of gingerbread for good measure.
