The house tequila at the famous bar, La Capilla Cantina, the birthplace of the Batanga (the distillery and bar are down the road from each other).  Incredible bang for the buck.  Highland agave, stainless steel pot still distilled, and additive free for only $28.  Cinnamon, black pepper, lemon, roasted agave, and minerality with a gentle push of heat.  Twisted party starter!
