A blend of Jacquère, Chardonnay and Mondeuse Blanc from the alpine Savoie region of Eastern France. This is a wine of remarkable freshness and minerality. Aromatics of pear and stone fruit with lemon zest and slight vegetal notes on the palate. But with enough body to keep the cold at bay after a day on the slopes.
