Casa Lopez Real Espadin Mezcal

A delicious mezcal from third generation distiller, Mario Lopez. Made traditionally, roasted up to six days in earthern pits, crushed by horse-drawn tohona, allowed to ferment in pine vats, and twice distilled. Bright pineapple but also lots of floral components like rose and peach skin with a fuller bodied mouthfeel.
