      Called "the distillate of northern Mexico" since it is obtained from, Dasylirion, part of the aparagus family which is only found in the desert of the north of the country, such as in the state of Chihuahua, also in a lower proportion and production in the states. from Durango, Coahuila and Texas.

      This distillate, 100% artisanal of ancestral origin, has its origin in the ancient civilization of Paquimé in Casas Grandes Chihuahua and its legacy has been passed from generation to generation throughout the Chihuahuan homes through the knowledge of the sotolero masters.
