Buen Mexicano Blanco Tequila

Tequila el Viejito (NOM-1107), Atotonilco el Alto, Mexico

40% ABV

 

From a family of agave growers deciding to go their own way.  Partnered up with El Viejito for a classic, traditionally made tequila.  Estate grown, fermented with propietary yeast, roasted in horno, roller milled, and distilled on a hybrid still.  

 

Starts with a pat of butter, an enjoyable swirl of cooked agave, minerality, and citrus with a black pepper finish.
