From Orange County's first legal craft distillery since Prohibition, this wheat and barley gin is made from 100% organic California grain.  Thirteen botanicals, including juniper, hibiscus, lemon peel, orange peel, and sage.

 

Unfortunately, Blinking Owl Distillery closed in 2023.
