The star of the Barbancourt line up. This sits so squarely in the middle of sipping rums and cocktail rums. Hard to get as complex rum for the price. On the dry side, like Appleton 12yr, but where Appleton has fruit, Barbancourt has spice like white pepper and ginger. Handy bottle to have on a backbar.
