Made from 100% heirloom corn and smoked with Texas scrub oak, this is such a strange whiskey. Little bit BBQ, little bit popcorn, lots of heat - I can't resist trying it again and again. Works well for a curveball approach when subbing in for mezcal in cocktails but can also take bourbon's place. Little goes a long way.
