Arriesgado Reposado Tequila

A couple years back, I was lucky enough to try the lineup of Arriesgado as they were trying to find an importer to the US.  I was intrigued by the batch to batch variations; changing up wood and proof, would always be something new.  And the juice was up my alley.  Agave up front with a little funk.  Then they disappeared.

 

Now they're readily available.  This one is for the geeks.  Fermented in wood, aged three months in French oak, and coming out at 47%. Each batch will slightly vary so gotta get them all!
