A lighter bodied, light on bitterness alpine amaro. Juniper, sage, and orange jump right out. I’ve always thought of it like a bottled gin Old Fashioned. Throw in on cube with a twist and tell me I’m wrong. From the most northwestern part of Italy where it’s not really Italy, France, or Switzerland, just mountains.
