Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. Elevage in steel with a small amount of neutral Austrian oak. Always crystal clear, animating and wholesome, herbs, citrus and fresh stone fruit. Playful but substantial texture, inviting acid kick, drinkable early on and yet with potential.
