Created in 1965, this Gard cooperative brings together ten winegrowers : each retains its identity and works in its own image. Winemaking without input for more than twenty years, with natural fermentations, without fining or filtration. Each produces personalized cuvées (Les Domaines) as well as cuvées bringing together all the winegrowers. Sulphur-free vinification, using indigenous yeasts.
